We are recruiting for a 12 month fixed term contract Customer Service Representative.

Overview

Job Title:              Customer Service Representative

Reports to:          Customer Service Supervisor

 

Profile

To provide a professional after sales service to our customers and to assist the sales team in delivering outstanding customer care. 

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with customers, suppliers and account managers
  • Monitoring inbox and acting on emails
  • Managing the cases that are allocated to you 
  • Liaising with suppliers by phone and email
  • Arranging returns for customers and booking collections via a courier 
  • Support the business and Customer Service Supervisor 
  • Assist with colleagues’ cases in their absence.   
  • Work towards achieving individual and team KPIs as set out by the CC Supervisor and Head of Supply Chain
  • Undertake any other ad hoc duties as required, which are deemed necessary to assist with the needs of the company

 

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent telephone manner and first class written communication skills
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Effective personal organisation and planning
  • IT literate – knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel

This is a fixed term 12 month contract 

MON-FRI 0900-1700

Experience in a similar role required as, with current government restrictions, this will be remote initially
