Happy 10 Years at The Recruitment Bar – Tania Dainty

10 years ago I had recently met Tania when she came to my birthday party, at the time I thought what a kind and thoughtful person she was and her interest in other people and their lives was incredible. We started to spend more time together and one evening I was telling her how busy The Recruitment Bar was and how I needed extra help in the office, she instantly offered to help. I remember she said at the time “you don’t need to pay me, I’ll just come and lend a hand for a bit…for as long as you need”

Skip 10 years and Tania Dainty is one of the best recruiters I have ever met, I don’t know of any other recruiter that really embodies what I set out to do with the business, which was put the candidates first and make sure that our clients get what they need to grow their business and be supported with integrity and above all, honesty!

It is not easy to work in a business that covers so many different sectors, we recruit for permanent and temporary personnel in virtually all disciplines; Engineering, Administration, Marketing, Sales, Purchasing etc etc……and one minute you can be searching for skilled engineers and the next a sales executive.

The role of a 360 recruiter has many ups and downs, it is hard work juggling all those plates. It takes tenacity, thoughtfulness, forethought, determination and the ability to bounce back.

Tania sees the best in people, she pulls out their skills and champions them, coaching them and presenting them in a detailed manner.

The key message here is that Tania has enabled jobseekers to find their way and has not only given them that first step on the ladder, she continues to champion their careers. Tania has a huge LinkedIn presence and I can’t tell you the amount of times she has shrieked with joy when she has witnessed one of her candidates being promoted and she genuinely loves their succession journey! Over the 10 years working at The Recruitment Bar she has literally helped thousands of people find a new career.

From my perspective, I not only have a trusted and loyal friendship with Tania, I have a work partner who supports and loves The Recruitment Bar as much as I do and will champion all that we are and all that we do.

The words “Thank You” don’t really cut it, so for now I will simply say….Happy 10-year anniversary Tania Dainty!  Let’s celebrate you!
