Sales Executive
Location: Northampton | Salary: £25,000–£30,000 + Commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, plus 2 Saturdays per month

Based in the heart of Northampton, their elegant showroom offers a calm, welcoming space where families are guided through some of life’s most meaningful decisions.
The business is now seeking a thoughtful and commercially aware Sales Executive to support clients with warmth and professionalism. Working from the showroom, the successful candidate will manage appointments, follow up referrals, and use simple CAD software to produce visual designs for headstones and memorials.
Key responsibilities:

Supporting customers with compassion, guidance, and clear information

Managing showroom appointments and daily follow-ups

Preparing simple CAD visuals based on client requirements

Handling pricing and quotations in line with client preferences

Achieving monthly sales targets through proactive engagement
What you’ll need:

Proven experience in sales (retail, showroom or B2C roles welcomed)

A personable and empathetic communication style

Good organisational skills and attention to detail

Confidence working to sales targets

Basic IT/CAD experience (training will be provided)
