Your Role Will Involve:

• Actively sourcing and engaging skilled professionals for key technical roles

• Using job boards, social platforms, and direct outreach to build talent pipelines

• Promoting roles with confidence, clarity, and energy

• Supporting the full candidate journey – from screening to placement

• Preparing candidate profiles and managing interview logistics

• Building relationships with candidates and clients through excellent service

• Contributing to marketing and business development activities

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree (preferred) and at least 1 year of experience in recruitment or office-based sales

• A genuine interest in the renewable energy, engineering, or construction sectors

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Proficiency with digital tools and social media platforms

• A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a desire to grow quickly
