Are you a driven procurement professional ready to make an impact in a dynamic environment? Our client, a leading UK-based company with an international presence, is seeking a talented individual to join their team and support their prestigious store investment programme.

The Position

As a Procurement Coordinator, you will play a key role in the dynamic and exciting team ensuring the seamless delivery of store fitout projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in all aspects of procurement, from interpreting project plans to liaising with suppliers and managing delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review project briefs and set objectives with the Project Manager

  • Identify and quantify purchasing requirements from drawings and plans

  • Source and manage an effective supply chain for Stage 2 fitouts

  • Oversee procurement and delivery of flooring, lighting, AV equipment, and store fixtures

  • Coordinate with site managers to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery

  • Troubleshoot and resolve site shortages/issues swiftly

  • Maintain quality standards and monitor supplier performance

  • Provide regular updates to the project team and generate handover lists

  • Identify opportunities for value engineering while upholding high design standards

What We're Looking For

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and business MRP/ERP systems

Essential Experience

Minimum of 2 years in a procurement role

Desirable Experience

4+ years in procurement within commercial, retail, or residential projects, especially in shop fitting or interior design with high-value contracts
