About the Role
As an HR Advisor, you’ll be part of a team that delivers legally compliant HR support over the phone, helping clients navigate complex HR and employment law matters. You’ll be the voice of expertise, ensuring clients understand the legal and practical implications of their decisions, and confidently guiding them to mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, timely, and legally compliant HR and Employment Law advice.
• Meet departmental KPIs by delivering quality support within established SLAs.
• Continuously update your knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Document advice provided accurately, maintaining a clear record in the system.
• Attend internal training sessions to ensure your guidance remains relevant and compliant.
• Represent HR services with professionalism, offering insights on additional services where applicable.
• Contribute to team meetings and stay informed on the latest in HR and employment law trends.
• Engage in tasks like article writing or webinars on employment law and HR topics.

What You’ll Bring

• A proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering the highest standard of HR support.
• Confidence in a fast-paced environment, with a dynamic and adaptable approach.
• Solid background in employment law and HR practices, with practical experience and, ideally, CIPD qualification
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong MS Office proficiency.
• Passion for learning and the ability to quickly interpret and apply legal knowledge.
• Team-oriented mindset, with enthusiasm for collaboration and supporting business growth.
