About the Role:
Our client is  a rapidly growing supplier of high-quality products for the UK commercial construction sector. We are seeking a motivated, organized individual with a flexible and proactive approach to join our team as a Customer Service Co-ordinator.

This role is central to delivering excellent customer experiences, ensuring smooth after-sales operations, and maintaining high levels of satisfaction both internally and externally. You will manage customer interactions, order processing, and cross-departmental coordination to guarantee timely and accurate project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, gathering all necessary customer information
  • Monitor stock levels, allocate projects for delivery, and manage customer call-offs
  • Liaise with Dispatch, Purchasing, and other teams to ensure orders are fulfilled on time
  • Maintain exceptional customer communication through calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Handle extra orders, spare parts, and urgent requests promptly to meet lead times
  • Investigate queries or complaints thoroughly and ensure satisfactory resolution
  • Maintain and improve internal customer service processes
  • Complete weekly reporting on customer service KPIs
  • Assist with additional tasks as required to support smooth business operations

  • Professional, clear, and grammatically correct correspondence
