Job Overview:

Business Support Administrator

As a Business Support Administrator, known internally as Depot Support Administrator, you will receive and manage in-bound enquiries and provide pragmatic advice to depot teams. Typical technical advice can include:

  • Advice on product installation techniques and fault finding.

  • Technical Information about new products

  • Arranging replacement and uplift of special depot requests and occasionally liaising with product suppliers as required.

 

 

Through your role as an administrator, you will also help to continually improve its products by recognising themes and trends in the types of issues that you deal with.

 

This is an engaging administration role where you are required to build strong and meaningful working relationships and where your effective listening and problem-solving skills will be frequently tested and perfected. To be successful in the role you should:

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Be an efficient and accurate data input administrator.

  • Whilst general joinery knowledge is helpful to identify common issues, full training will be provided for the right person with the right personal skills and attitude to set you up for success.

Job Type: Full-time, Temporary, Permanent

Salary: From £9.00 per hour

Hours: 37.5 per week

Normally 0830-1700 however currently running extended hours due to workload on a rotational shift of 7.5 hours per day between the hours of 0700-1800.
