Formally working within printing sales I went on to become self-employed and start my own Beauty business. I did this for many years, building up a strong client base and picking up friends along the way! It is my personable approach that has enabled me to develop into my role; working with clients and candidates alike, identifying and acting upon their individual needs. I am passionate about my career and The Recruitment Bar and feel excited about taking my journey into the world of recruitment further! I am proof that sometimes you need to take a chance, dip your feet and see how it feels; as one thing is for sure you won't know if you don't try.

From Italian descent it is no surprise that I am passionate about food and cooking....oh and wine, Red and Italian!! I embrace the culture in my family life and encourage my two children, Lucia Valentina and Gianluca Antonio, to do so. I like to keep myself fit but also clean....I've done lots of things for charity; runs, zumbathons, etc but when asked to participate in Tough Mudder I simply said I'm good with the tough but the 'mud' in mudder is putting me off!! Following on from my beauty career I still love all things makeup and nails and like to keep up with the trends.....if my  teenage daughter doesn't tell me about it first! I have no choice but to embrace football, with my son in two local teams plus playing for the school and my father, husband and both children season ticket holders at Leicester City. As a family we have a balance; they go to watch the game and my mother and I go shopping!
