Location: Kettering

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday)

Overview: Join our client, a leading global manufacturer, as a Customer Service Agent. In this role, you'll be an integral part of the dynamic team, providing exceptional service and handling various customer enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and enquiries from customers.

  • Maintain predetermined service levels and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Process orders and credits efficiently using internal systems.

  • Collaborate with different departments to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Identify and participate in continuous improvement opportunities.

  • Handle administrative tasks and provide support to non-UK customers as needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in ICT tools (email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.

  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Professional demeanour and ability to uphold brand reputation.

  • Minimum 5 GCSEs at grade C or equivalent, or 2 years of customer service experience.
